These Membership Dues Regulations govern the annual dues obligations of the members of the \u201c
\u201d association in accordance with Section 6(1) of the bylaws of logistic-natives e.V.<\/p>\n

[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”\u00a72 Basis for Calculating the Premium” _builder_version=”4.6.6″ _module_preset=”default” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

The membership fee for the current calendar year is calculated based on gross annual revenue (i.e., including sales tax).<\/p>\n

For retail companies, the figure used is the gross mail-order sales revenue, less shipping costs and returns, that the respective member generated in the previous calendar year (revenue).<\/p>\n

[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”\u00a73 Calculation of the Premium” _builder_version=”4.6.6″ _module_preset=”default” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

(1) For members (associate members as defined in \u00a75 (2) of the bylaws who are in the startup phase), the membership fee is a flat rate of 1,000 euros.
The definition of a startup is as follows: A company is considered a startup by the association until the end of the third year following its founding.<\/p>\n

(2) For regular members pursuant to \u00a75 (1) and associate members pursuant to \u00a75 (2) of the Bylaws with annual revenue of up to 1,000,000 euros, the membership fee is a flat rate of 3,000 euros. <\/p>\n

(3) For regular members pursuant to \u00a75 (1) and associate members pursuant to \u00a75 (2) of the Bylaws with annual revenue of 1,000,000 euros or more, the membership fee is a flat rate of 6,000 euros. <\/p>\n

(4) Membership is free for supporting members and honorary members as defined in \u00a75 of the bylaws. <\/p>\n

(5) The maximum annual premium is 6,000 euros.<\/p>\n

(6) The membership year corresponds to the calendar year. The association bills the membership fee on an annual basis at the beginning of the calendar year. <\/p>\n

(7) If a member joins the association during the year, the membership fee shall be calculated based on the remaining quarters of the year.<\/p>\n

[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”\u00a74 Collection of Dues” _builder_version=”4.6.6″ _module_preset=”default” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

(1) All members must report their annual revenue, as defined in \u00a72, to the Association\u2019s management within the first four weeks of the year and will then receive a corresponding membership fee invoice, which must be paid immediately.<\/p>\n

The member’s revenue reports are confidential; they are used solely for the purpose of calculating dues and, like information regarding the specific dues amount resulting from them, are not disclosed to third parties
.<\/p>\n

(2) If no corresponding revenue report is submitted within the deadline, the association\u2019s management will make a qualified estimate of the member\u2019s revenue\u2014for example, based on publicly available sources, the economic situation of the industry, and, if applicable, the most recent membership fee invoice\u2014and will send the member a corresponding membership fee invoice.<\/p>\n

(3) If the member promptly objects to this invoice in writing to the association\u2019s management and, in doing so, reports the correct revenue in accordance with \u00a72, the membership fee invoice will be adjusted. For the associated additional expenses, a flat-
processing fee of 250 euros will be charged along with the adjusted invoice. <\/p>\n

[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”\u00a75 Review of Membership Dues” _builder_version=”4.6.6″ _module_preset=”default” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

(1) The Board of Directors and the Executive Board shall meet annually to discuss the evaluation and adjustment of the membership dues to be collected pursuant to \u00a73 for the following year.<\/p>\n

(2) This must be done well in advance of the association\u2019s annual general meeting.<\/p>\n

(3) The members of the association must vote on any proposed adjustment to membership dues pursuant to \u00a710.<\/p>\n

These contribution regulations will take effect on April 29, 2020.<\/p>\n
