Starting in 2024, Logistics Natives began offering consulting and project management services through its service company, leveraging the network, expertise, and skills of its members.

Logistics Natives provides access to a broad network of consultants, specialists, and managers at all organizational levels, As a member of E-Commerce Europe and the Universal Postal Union through the UPU Consultative Committees, the new service company offers its services not only in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, but also internationally and within the framework of tender procedures and PPP projects.

One example is the establishment and operation of the Project Management Office (PMO) in cooperation with ADS Africa Development Solutions Group on behalf of Poste Maroc as part of the UPU Postal Prosperity Zone (PPZ) initiative, in collaboration with stakeholders such as SF Express, Amazon, and MAERSK.
